DAYS: Movie dissemination

The Erasmus+ Sport project DAYS Movie dissemination event was held in Limbazi Region schools to raise awareness among students about the importance of daily physical activity and a healthy lifestyle. The event featured a screening of the DAYS Movie, which highlighted the positive impact of dance and movement on both physical and mental well-being. Teachers and project coordinators introduced the goals of the Erasmus+ Sport initiative, emphasizing the importance of integrating physical activity into everyday routines, especially among young peoples. After the screening, students were engaged in interactive discussions, sharing their reflections on the Movie and discussing how they could become more active in their daily lives.

To make the event more engaging, organizers had prepared a Kahoot quiz abuot the just watched Movie. Next, digital informational materials, such as project cards and posters, were distributed to help reinforce the key messages at home. Teachers received toolkits to continue promoting active lifestyles in classrooms beyond the event. Students at the end asked questions about the Erasmus+ Programme and how it supports sport and youth development across Europe. Overall, the event successfully inspired a more active mindset among participants and strengthened the visibility of the DAYS Movie and its mission.
