The Day 4 was truly fantastic! Thanks to the team from Armenia. All participants agreed that it was a wonderful time to discover more about Armenian culture through their songs, dances, games and cuisine. 🇦🇲🎶💃🍲
All participants showed a good creativity and involved i all day’s activities. Leaders took care for everyone to be included, motivated, and active. 🌟 On the Day 4 participants tackled some diverse objectives with a success:
Trust building – big thanks to Inga from the Latvian team! 👏
Communication and conflict management – great job! 🗣️
Participants challenged their skills in preparing speeches, focusing on mimics and body language. The Marshmallow Challenge tested their listening and leadership skills. Participants also started working on motivational speeches with new partners and shared valuable advice on-camera work. 📸👥
The teams noticed the importance of emojis in participants’ digital conversations which made for some nice chats, and they moved on to answering and creating new posts in digital fields. Participants were so creatively diverse in their responses and for taking all tasks seriously yet in a relaxed manner. 💌💡
